Four months since the last lakme got over ...when i was just trying to get over the nostalgia and here it is once again in no time at all !!

Lakme fashion week winter festive 2011 (as they call it ) was here again with all its madness and frenzy waiting to captivate the viewer.

Same old place, d same old people, same venue .....old wine in a new bottle !!

the very similiar entrance as last year .....just the title changes !!

water was indeed everwhere from the streets of mumbai to the s dripping stalls of lakme ...

LFW 2011- part 1 event overview

LAKME FASHION WEEK with all its madness and frenzied fashion was here once again this season. The same old venue, the same models, the same choreographer, the same musician, the same staff members ......but with a fresh approach, new talent and refrshing sumer resort fashion.

This is a first look preview of all the action and drama at the fashion week.

first starting with the event overview.....what did the place look like !!!

The lakme studio- anyone for a free makeover !!!

 

The lounge area - kingfisher lounge(everyone is invited)

blenders pride lounge -invited who me ?...naah...

BURN -the energy drink- comes up with installation garments. Made out of waste cans its surely a feast for the eye.

The backyard at grand hyatt - the so called smoking lounge

the connecting pathway between the hotel and the stall area "The Source"

"The Source"- designer stall area and the fashion cafe (the only place to kill your hunger for five long days)

The stalls- this time around space got crunchier and stalls were like cabinets...thank god they dint have doors !!
